Burkina Faso: UPF Participates in Peace Concert Led by Renowned Artist Amity Meria

Burkina Faso ― On Friday, October 25, 2024, the Universal Peace Federation of Burkina Faso (UPF-BF) participated in a Peace Concert organized by Amity Meria, an internationally renowned artist and Peace Ambassador. The event, held at the National Center for Performing Arts and Audiovisuals (CENASA), celebrated peace, resilience, and national unity.
The concert featured performances by several artists, with songs and dances centered on peace. At the organizers' request, Colonel Major Amado Dabré, Special Adviser of UPF-BF, delivered a message of peace, presenting the goals of UPF and the mission of Peace Ambassadors. He commended Amity Meria for her dedication to promoting peace through her art.
A delegation of eight UPF-BF members, including the Women’s Federation's President, IAYSP-BF's President, and several Ambassadors for Peace, attended the event. As a token of appreciation, UPF-BF received a certificate of recognition and presented on stage.
