UPF Holds Awareness Seminar in Dar es Salaam

Dar es Salaam, Tanzania — From April 1st to April 30th, 2025, the Universal Peace Federation (UPF) organized an awareness seminar at Mlimani City in Dar es Salaam. The seminar aimed to introduce UPF’s core mission and values, and to appoint new Ambassadors for Peace (AFP).
A total of 120 participants attended the event. They were guided through an introduction to the meaning of UPF, its roles in society, and the primary organizations affiliated with its global peace efforts. The sessions were designed to educate and inspire attendees about UPF’s commitment to peacebuilding, family values, and interreligious cooperation.
The participants expressed great enthusiasm and appreciation for the seminar. Many left feeling empowered and eager to contribute to peace within their communities.
Based on the positive feedback, the organizers are already preparing another session scheduled for May to continue the momentum and expand the reach of UPF in Tanzania.
